I did add the bp with the oats and used light corn syrup bc it’s what I had. They are indeed pretty darn sweet. I’m more of a salty over sweet tooth person but my hubs will prob love these. Next time maybe just out of preference I would like the cookie to be just a bit thinner. These would go well with coffee. Pear taste is subtle. I also had one right out of the fridge after 3 hrs, so maybe just me being weirded out that it’s cold lol but I think I’d enjoy it even more at room temp or even warm 😍
