You can freeze the cookie part like you would regular cookies. But the Cannoli filling part won’t freeze well. I’d make that fresh before serving. That being said, I’m not a fan of previously frozen treats like this. It will make the texture dryer and taste less buttery.

For these I used a regular muffin pan – you can use a mini one and reduce the time if you like.

You can use Cool Whip or the store brand – it doesn’t matter. Just needs to be stabilized whipped cream.
