I haven’t tested it in the instant pot. I am going to refrain from giving instructions for that until I have had time to work the recipe a multitude of ways for the best possible result.

Hey there – I’m not sure why it is calculating that way. I ran it through a different nutrition calculator and it gave me the following: 666 cal, 30g protein, 59g carbs, 34g fat. It obviously isn’t going to be considered a “healthy” meal when you are talking about dressings, and sauces mixed with pasta. But for this reason I do recommend using your own nutrition calculator that you trust. There are numerous free ones available and so much better when you are watching these things closely. I personally use “Carb Manager” which I find can vary greatly from the recipe card calculator – that would be something that needs to be addressed by the creators of the recipe card.

Made this for something different for supper. I wasn’t sure about all the ingredients but let me tell you that this was AMAZING. My family and I loved the flavor and I actually divided this into 2 dishes and froze one for later. Thank you for such a delicious recipe!!!

This casserole is in our rotation for dinners! I actually just made an extra one to turn into a freezer meal for my mom who is having surgery. We love it!
