I wouldn’t swap the granulated sugar for brown sugar. It could work, but brown sugar will perform differently given its structure and the molasses component- so the results are unpredictable. I have not tested it.

Hmmm – I have never tried it. You might want to check on the confessions for taking a bundt recipe and swapping it for a 9×13. I’m not sure a full double batch will fit in a 9×13 for this.

I have made this recipe numerous times and its a hit in my home and one of my husband’s new favorites!
I am wondering though if I could double the recipe and bake it in a 9/13 pan… I have soooooo many bananas to use up.
