Super yummy muffins. I made these in a jumbo muffin pan and added double the cream ( I did not use milk). Soft on the inside, perfect crunch on the outside. I give it a 10 out of 10!

In reply to Elise Bishop. How were you measuring your flour? Did you spoon in & level off or scoop into the flour? This can drastically change how much flour ends up in a recipe. I'll remake & double-check, but I haven't had an issue in the past.

These had waaaayyy too much flour. I double checked to make sure I wasn’t reading it wrong. I should have known, but I followed the recipe exactly. These muffins had very little flavor and were extremely dense (due to the flour). Did you mean to put 4 cups of flour???
