My wife bought these little mini tortillas for my son who is gluten-free. Turns out my kids hated those tortillas – at least for tacos, so they sat in the freezer waiting until they were β€œold enough to get thrown out.”

Then I saw this and thought maybe if they crisped up, the kids would eat them. Sure enough, some leftover pulled pork and shredded cheese, a quick brush with oil and 12 min at 425 – and I got a β€œDad, can we put this on the list” request from my kids. They loved them!!!!
