I have never stored the batter. I usually make the whole batch and then store the donuts. But I would imagine it would keep if covered well in the fridge for about 24 hours.

These are AMAZING!!!! I have baked many donuts and these are by far one of the best tasting!! Quick question, what’s the best way to store the batter? I only want to make half today so can I put the batter in the fridge for a couple days? Thanks!

These are so good! But mine ended up tasting like banana bread of all things. Kinda bizarre. I love banana bread but I wanted that full churro taste. But they were so yummy and light and fluffy

This recipe yielded a dozen regular-sized doughnuts for me! I’d expect it to yield 2-4 times the number of mini doughnuts, depending on their size.

They ended up very light and fluffy! I halved the sugar, because I like a more gentle sweet. So delicious!

I needed extra melted butter to brush over them at the end so the cinnamon sugar would stick.
