Made tonight for my husband’s “last meal” before colonoscopy 😬. They were delicious! I was skeptical to make them as I had never added raw garlic to a recipe before, but Gina answered my question quickly and I went forward with the recipe. Definitely a keeper!

You put the minced garlic in raw without sautéing in butter first?

It will probably hold up and you can zap it in the microwave to reheat when you get there. It might not be AS pretty or vibrant, but it will still taste fine. I would make sure to use super fresh green beans to you can maintain as much texture as possible.

It says to serve tight away, but for me to take it to where were going for Easter it would be about an hr, i can keep it warm but is that ok or will it get mushy?
