Oh, well – I have never made a mug cake in the oven before. You could probably try a large ramekin or other small baking dish. A muffin tin wouldn’t be deep enough unless you did half portions or something like that. Like any cake, it will rise as it cooks.

You can refrigerate it, freeze it, use it in other recipes – add it to oatmeal, top on ice cream. It’s really up to you.

This is delicious. However I have no cinnamon sugar and wasn’t sure how to make it. I just mixed some sugar and cinnamon together and it turned out fine. Made this twice now.
