I'm sorry to hear about your experience. This is a basic cookie recipe that has been adapted for the air fryer - flour, baking soda, and salt for the dry ingredients and then butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla for the wet - then combined. I'm not sure what other wet ingredients you put in a cookie recipe or what happened in your situation. But this should have turned out like a traditional skillet cookie.

I followed the recipe exactly--the baking soda and room temp butter without other liquid gave me pause, as the dough was extremely sticky and biscuit like. I baked it exactly as described and what came out looked exactly like a biscuit--the savory kind. The top was lumpy brown crust like a biscuit and there were pockets of butter throughout. The top was crispy but the bottom still liquid. I tried putting it back in for another 10 minutes at 310 but the top ended up browning and hardening even more while the bottom was still semi-liquid and grainy. Wasn't able to salvage it, didn't want to taste it after the disappointment. :(

I'm sure you could - depending on how much you put in each one the baking time could be as short as 5-8 minutes or as long as 15-22 minutes. You will have to watch them for browning and test in the center for doneness before serving;. Please let me know how they turn out - I'd love to know what you did and what you think.

I think that would be fine - you actually might need to cook it a bit longer because it will then be thicker in the pan. Just keep checking it - making sure the inside isn't too gooey and you can tent the top with foil if it is browning too much on the top before the insides are done.
