I love working with raw tortillas. I would just say to cook them lightly and keep them warm so they don’t get too stiff when working with them.

I’m going to try this recipe with the raw tortillas you can get at Costco. Any advice?

To make make-ahead freezer breakfast burritos, allow the burritos to cool slightly, then wrap each in freezer paper or parchment paper followed by plastic wrap. Then store in a large freezer bag in the freezer.
To reheat frozen breakfast burritos in the air fryer, unwrap and use the reheat setting for about 15 minutes at 350.
