The kids sure love family game night. Especially when the hubs has been traveling for work (like he did last week) there is nothing like making some goodies & coming together for family time. We have so much fun picking out a good game or two & having some good laughs. These Peanut Butter Whip Brownies I made this time are just another one of my Yummy Bar Recipes that go beyond delicious! Made with a regular brownie mix recipe, topped with an incredible peanut butter whip & sprinkled with my FAVORITE treat – M&M’s® makes these the new favorite dessert for all our parties. Simple & easy, a must make for sure!
Having a couple days without the hubs here I decided to head on over to Walmart & get a little shopping done. While I was there I of course stopped in my favorite aisle to pick up more M&M’s®. I never leave the store without making a stop there to replenish my stock. Then in my wanderings I decided that it would be great to pick up some new games for our game night. We had not added any new games to our collection since Christmas. I picked up Classic Monopoly & Jenga from Hasbro®. We already had the Firefighter version of Monopoly but we never play it because it’s sort of a collectors novelty piece. I don’t want anything to happen to it. But now that the kids are older I think they can truly understand managing money & the game & thought this would be perfect. I also picked up Jenga because I have always wanted it since I was a little girl. I don’t know why we had never added it to the collection before – but this was the perfect time.
So with my games & goodies in hand I figured I had assembled the perfect items for Family Game Night.
Really – good games, awesome treats & family. Can’t ask for anything more.
Now to make the brownies – first bake the brownies to the box directions.
Let them cool & make your peanut butter whip. Spread it on & top with these wonderfully colorful YUMMIES!
Heaven – I’m telling you! Absolute heaven!
I also like to nibble while we play – so since I bought the BIG bag of M&M’s® I had some bowls of them around for munching.
We had a blast playing Jenga!!!
We had it going for quite a while. Lots of laughter & fun – I’m so glad I chose this one.
We played this one so long that it was too late for Monopoly that night. But it’s on the agenda for this weekend!
Be sure to pick up a coupon for M&M’s® so you can make these for your game night!
