It had a good flavor, but it took about 40 minutes to bake instead of the 25, so it got too crunchy in my opinion.

Just made this using gluten free flour (Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1) and it turned out great! I had to use your instructions for making my own buttermilk. It’s very good-thank you so much for sharing!

So the kneading took about 10 minutes or so for it to not be sticky, and the baking time was short. Mines at about 40 minutes for it to be completely done. I moved it to the lower rack so it wouldn’t burb. Very hearty bread, delicious. Will make again!
